MISSION INN

We took Gavin to the Mission Inn Lighting Ceremony last Friday night. It was so crowded and really cold, but I am so glad we went. It seemed like New Years Eve because everyone is waiting around and then they count down the last few seconds until all of the lights turn on. It was beautiful and I thought that was it, but there was more. They put on this amazing fireworks show that went on forever and gavin loved it. He just stared and couldn't get enough and he kept doing the sign for more when it ended. Once the show was over, we were in a shoulder to shoulder crowd and that was miserable. It was almost impossible just to make it back to our car. I wanted to get Gavin's picture with Santa, but he never came, so we will have to go back soon.
