NEW PICTURES OF TAYLOR

28 WEEKS

I really hate taking pictures of myself, but I figured I will regret it if I don't take any of my growing belly. I have a little less than 12 weeks to go!

GABE & RENEE'S WEDDING

Our friends Gabe and Renee got married last Saturday!

3D ULTRASOUND

We went on Thursday night to get a 3D ultrasound for the baby and he was not cooperating. We were so excited to go and we took our families with us and when we got there, he had his foot all the way up on his forehead and his hands by his face. It's almost like he knew we were all waiting for him to move and he just didn't want to. I tried drinking something cold and laying on my side (which usually always makes him move), and even that didn't work. After a while, he decided to move one of his hands and we got to see a good part of his face. The lady let us go back the following morning to see if he had moved into a different position so we could try and get a better view. He hadn't moved since the night before, but he did move his hands and feet a little once we were in there. I think he is stubborn already, but soooo cute!

The second time we went, the baby kept smiling. She said she can tell I've had an easy and enjoyable pregnancy because the baby seems so happy! (who knows how true that is)

THE FURNITURE

So the furniture for Gavin's room finally came in yesterday and it is so cute! We are still waiting on the dresser/changing table, but they say that it will arrive sometime in June. I think getting the furniture and putting all of the stuff together that we have been gathering in the closet for the past couple of months has been one of the most exciting times. I find myself peeking in there almost every time I walk down the hallway. Here are some pictures!

This is Nate and Tommy putting the furniture together. I was impressed at how fast this got done because the Lakers game was going to be on and they didn't want to miss it! They didn't want any pictures taken, but I took some anyway.

The crib


This is the bedding. It has a good combination of a lot of colors and bees here and there.

CHECK-UP

Nate and I went to a check-up ultrasound yesterday and we got to see the baby. We didn't get any good, clear pictures because he was moving a lot and facing the wrong way. He had his hands all around his face and the ultrasound technician said he has some really chubby cheeks! He is now around 14 inches long and he weighs 2.1 pounds. I can't believe how much he has grown since the first time we saw him. It really is amazing! I have about 13 weeks left and it is coming so fast.

ZOEE

Zoee didn't want to get left out, so she got in the picture too!

GAVIN'S ROOM

Gavin's room is all painted now and she did such a great job! Now all we are waiting for is the furniture. It should be in some time in the next couple of weeks.

Painting

The painter that did Baby Taylor's room is coming today to paint some stuff on Gavin's walls. I will put up some pictures when she finishes today!

We got it all painted and it looks really cute! I did most of the taping and Nate did most of the painting.
