COUSIN TIME WITH DYLAN

Gavin got to spend some time with his baby cousin Dylan this week.

Nate and I got to babysit Dylan this week and by the time I got home from picking him up, this is what is what it looked like. I just put a bottle in each of their mouths and fed them at the same time. I can't imagine having twins!

NEW PICTURES OF GAVIN

We put Gavin and Taylor inside of these pumpkins to take pictures and it was so cute. It was quite a chore to get them to look at the same time. Gavin screamed because it was cold and he hated it. This is probably the only Halloween they will let us do this to them, so it was worth all the work!


We started to put Gavin in this saucer and he seems to like it. I have to put the bumbo seat in the bottom so his feet don' just hang there. He's getting so big.

TOM'S FARMS PUMPKIN PATCH

On Friday night, we took Gavin to the Tom's Farms pumpkin patch and it was not impressive at all. I assumed that it would be something fancy and festive because it's Tom's Farms, but it is nothing like that. It is basically a tent with pumpkins and not a whole lot of decorations. On top of that, it was FREEZING! Anyway, we really just took him and Taylor to get cute pictures, which we did, and we are going to make another trip to the fancy pumpkin patch sometime soon!

When we first got there, he was not excited about pumpkins at all!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Amy and I took Gavin and Taylor to get their pictures taken at JC Penney and they did such a great job! It was quite a chore to get them to both look at the same time and cooperate. My mom came to help us and just be an extra set of hands and they sure came in very handy. . . thanks mom! One of them was either crying, hungry, or just uncomfortable in their costume. They looked adorable and we got some really cute ones! Hopefully the next time I take Gavin for pictures, he'll actually smile at the camera :)

My mom bought them these coordinating outfits at the Baby Gap when I was still pregnant with Gavin and Taylor was a tiny baby. It seems like we have had them forever!

My cousin AJ got married on Friday night in Palm Springs so we all went and stayed the weekend out there. We got to stay at the Marriott where they got married and it was sooo nice. His wife Allison works there and arranged for us to stay in a 2 bedroom suite, which worked out perfectly since we were staying with My mom and Robert and Amy, Jimmy and Taylor.

I am so glad we remembered to take this picture because we always say we're going to and never get around to doing it. None of us blinked. . . good job girls!!
