FAMILY PICTURES

A few weekends ago, we went to the beach and took pictures with my whole family. I can't even remember the last family picture we took, so this was long overdue. They came out really nice. Thanks again Anna!

MISSION INN

We finally went to the Mission Inn last night to see the lights and Santa. I feel like we have been trying to make it over there for days and it either rains or something else comes up. So we went and the line just to get into the lobby was ridiculous, but I guess that's what we get for waiting until the weekend before Christmas. We walked around the outside and saw Santa and some of the lights and then we got going home because it was really cold and kind of late. The line for Santa was super short so that was nice!!

4 MONTHS

I know I am really late on this post because Gavin was four months about 3 weeks ago, but I am posting it anyway. It is amazing how many new things he has started to do in the past couple of weeks. He has started to bite and suck on his hands and anything he can pull into his mouth, he reaches for toys and things we put in front of him, he found his feet and holds onto them a lot, he has giggled a few times and it is the cutest thing I have ever heard, he started to notice Zoee a lot more, and probably more that I am forgetting to write. It is so fun to watch him grow and do new things!!

THANKSGIVING

We spent Thanksgiving with both of our families. We went to Nate's parents house and Gavin got to meet his great grandparents on the Lorge side for the first time!

Us

Gavin with his Uncle Nathan

4 Generations of the Lorge Family

Gavin with his Great grandparents, Bud and Lorraine

Gavin and Dylan with their great grandpa

When we went to my mom's to see my family, Gavin got to see his great cousin, Emma. Look how they have all changed since the last time we took this picture. I think Gavin was only 2 1/2 weeks the first time!

CHRISTMAS PICTURES

Gavin still refused to smile for the camera. I really think he knows what it is . . . and he doesn't like it. He still looks adorable! We'll try again next time.

3 MONTHS OLD

Gavin was 3 months old last Tuesday and he has started to do so many new things. He went to the doctor and weighed in at 13.5 pounds, and he has grown almost five inches since he was born. . . he is a big boy! I feel like the time is just flying by with him. He just doesn't seem like such a little baby anymore.

He has started to. . .
Smile more often when we want him to. He will smile a lot in the morning and after that, it's hard to get him to do it. I love to see him smile!!

Eat baby food and he LOVES it! He makes noises when he's eating like it tastes so good

Look for his thumb to suck. He has only found it a couple of times, but I wish he could find it more because he gets very frustrated while looking.

Get strapped into the "big boy" part of his stroller

Take a bath in the bigger tub because he splashes and makes a big mess. It is the cutest thing to watch!

2 MONTHS

These are the pictures I took Gavin to get last month, but I just got to pick them up last week. We still couldn't get him to smile for the camera, so hopefully we'll have more luck next time. Also, he really doesn't like wearing button up shirts! I just love his baby Levi's.

TRICK 0R TREAT

Gavin got to spend his first Halloween with both of his cousins. He looked so adorable in his costume, but he wasn't happy for very long because he was so hot. He stayed in it long enough for me to get good pictures and then he changed into his pumpkin butt pajamas that he got from his Grandma and Papa. I hope everyone had a great Halloween!!

This was how exhausted Gavin was just by the time we took off his costume

COUSIN TIME WITH DYLAN

Gavin got to spend some time with his baby cousin Dylan this week.

The boys with their great Aunt Anita

Nate and I got to babysit Dylan this week and by the time I got home from picking him up, this is what is what it looked like. I just put a bottle in each of their mouths and fed them at the same time. I can't imagine having twins!
