THE BEACH

We went to Venice Beach and walked around for a while and waited for the sunset. There were a lot of freaks doing weird things along the boardwalk. We ate and waited for the sunset to try and get some pictures. Of course, by the time the sunset came, Gavin was tired and really over the camera. We brought a big cupcake for him to eat on the beach.

ZOO

We took Gavin to the Zoo and the beach for his birthday. It was really hot, so we didn't stay long. We walked through and saw the monkeys and the birds and then we headed to the beach. He liked staring at the monkeys. I don't think he could figure out what they were.

We went to the Mission Inn for brunch on Sunday and we got a lot of pictures of Gavin walking. I can't seem to get enough of these pictures because they are so adorable. He is already getting so much more stable, even after just a week. He loves to carry things while he walks, especially Zoee's toys and stuffed animals.

GAVIN IS ONE TODAY!!!

I truly cannot believe that our baby boy is one today. I don't know where this year has gone. It has been the most fun filled, busy year of our lives. It is amazing how much happiness a baby can bring to us every day. It is hard to picture what life was like before him. As I went through pictures from the last year, it was very hard to pick which ones to post, so I posted a lot. I tried to pick a lot of the "firsts" and holidays. Here is a trip down memory lane!!
